I. Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
|
- Professional attire required.
- Answers/transfers/screens incoming calls for office departments.
- Effectively manages incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrates a pleasant and professional demeanor and phone manner.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a given situation.
- Maintains current and accurate call records, message log and consumer database.
- Answers customer questions and resolve issues relating to
claims, warranties, and servicing products.
- Processing orders via telephone, fax, and customer intranet
websites.
- Responding to customer requests for product availability,
product specifications, certification requests and returns.
- Demonstrate excellent follow up with all contacts.
- Refer higher level client issues, questions or problems to the
appropriate senior support personnel.
- Interact with Sales, Marketing and Operations to provide
service excellence.
- Work with the sales organization to generate sales on low
velocity products.
- May serve as first point of contact for all consumers and
contacts on a daily basis or as needed.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, ability to
prioritize workload and work efficiently with minimal
supervision.
- Ability to operate office equipment and technology such as
computers, printers, scanner & support software, telephones,
facsimile machines, and copier.
- Additional tasks as assigned.

II. Education and Experience Required
|
- Minimum 6 months experience in call center environment in a
similar position.
- Experience with multi-line phone system and
computers.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum typing ability of 30 wpm.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Access and
Outlook.
- Sales experience a must.

III. Working Hours and Compensation
|
- Monday: 8am-6pm | Tuesday through Thursday: 9am-6pm | Friday: 9am-5pm
- Compensation will commensurate with experience
