Our Technicians typically work from the Wellness Offices located in Newberry, FL. Occasionally installation and
maintenance of equipment systems at our customer’s sites is required on a variable shift schedule that is determined by customer
needs. Some computer use is necessary for reports, e-mail, and working with Customers. Some travel is required. Candidates must
possess reliable transportation to and from work.

I. Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Professional attire required.
Will report to and be trained by Senior Field Engineer.
Maintains technical competence through formal training programs, on-site training, and on-the-job training.
Responds to service calls from customers in a timely manner.
Manages on-site inventory of parts and spares. Coordinates shipment of parts for repair and replenishment.
Manages on-site inventory of parts, tools and test equipment.
Follows escalation procedures to assure that problems are resolved expeditiously and that timely communications are maintained with designated supervisor and customer management.
Actively promotes a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining open communications and providing proactive attention to customer requirements.
Provides coverage for other Field Engineers during vacations, illnesses, etc. on an as needed basis.
Demonstrates flexibility to travel, as necessary in support of business needs.
Performs all activities in a safe manner and adheres to company policies and procedures relating to safety.
Adheres to policies concerning confidentiality of company information.
Performs other duties as assigned.
II. Education and Experience Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Mechanically inclined.
III. Working Hours and Compensation
Monday: 8am-6pm | Tuesday through Thursday: 9am-6pm | Friday: 9am-5pm
During Travel day’s time will vary and Comp time will be administered.
